UPLIFT OnePod Office Phone Booth Return Policy and Restrictions
- One (1) UPLIFT OnePod Office Phone Booth is eligible for return for 30 days from the date of delivery
- You will be responsible for disassembly, packaging, and return freight costs
- Assembly and Installation services are non-refundable. If your OnePod does not function as it should, please follow our Warranty procedure for troubleshooting or obtaining replacement parts
- Expedited Shipping cost (i.e. next day or 2nd day shipping) is non-refundable
- You will be assessed a minimum 20% refurbishing/restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund
- All OnePod components and hardware must be returned to be eligible for the refund
- Purchases made through our financing partner are final and not eligible for returns
- No returns allowed for altered or modified products
- The return policy is only applicable to orders shipped within the contiguous United States
- UPLIFT Desk reserves the right to inspect the OnePod and its components before authorizing any refund
